JUDGMENTS – DERELICT SITE APPEALS
In general Tribunal Judgments are posted to this website on a quarterly basis. However, in any period with a high volume of appeal determinations Judgments will be posted monthly. If you are unable to find a particular Judgment please contact the Tribunal Office by phone or email.

DERELICT SITE Judgments are listed here by Appeal Reference. The Appeal Reference is made up of a Number and the name of the Appellant.

DERELICT SITE Appeals have a Number made up of DSYear/0/Number within Year.  So DS08/0/001 would refer to the first Derelict Site Appeal received by the Tribunal in 2008.

You will note that there are very few Derelict Site Judgments - 14 from the commencement of the Derelict Sites Act 1990 to end 2007.  This is because the vast majority of such appeals are (i) agreed before hearing or (ii) withdrawn if the site becomes non-derelict.
