JUDGMENTS BY CATEGORY – REVALUATION APPEALS
In general Tribunal Judgments are posted to this website on a quarterly basis. However, in any period with a high volume of appeal determinations Judgments will be posted monthly. If you are unable to find a particular Judgment please contact the Tribunal Office by phone or email.

Judgments are listed here by Appeal Reference within the Category of property. The Appeal Reference is made up of a Number and the name of the Appellant.

REVALUATION Appeals will have a Number of the format VAYear/5/Serial Number where 5 signifies a Revaluation Appeal. So VA10/5/001 will refer to the first Revaluation Appeal received by the Tribunal in 2010. The combination VA10/5/Serial Number will be unique to Fingal Revaluation Appeals.

Note that the issue of Fingal Revaluation appeal Judgments will commence towards the end of 2010.
