In general Tribunal Judgments are posted to this website on a quarterly basis. However, in any period with a high volume of appeal determinations Judgments will be posted monthly. If you are unable to find a particular Judgment please contact the Tribunal Office by phone or email.

Judgments are listed here by Appeal Reference within the Category of property. The Appeal Reference is made up of a Number and the name of the Appellant.

REVISION Appeals have a Number of the format VAYear/Quarter/Serial Number within quarter.  So VA08/1/001 would refer to the 1st appeal received by the Tribunal in the first quarter of 2008.
